1st stop - Mother Nature's Farm in Gilbert
Natalie had several friends and family join her on this trip! However, it was hot and got crowded quickly. The hayride was very bumpy and there wasn't much to see. Natalie mainly wanted to jump in the jumpy castle.
However, Natalie and her friends liked playing in the little club houses.
Here is the same picture from 2 years ago. My, how she's grown!
She kinda enjoyed the hay maze this time.
Each girl got to pick a pumpkin to decorate and take home. Natalie even got her face painted!

2nd stop: Vertuccio Farms
This was our 1st time to this farm, and we loved it! We'll definitely go back next year!
They have pedal cars to drive around a dirt track.
And a fake cow to "milk." I don't know why, but Natalie loves this.
Time for a quick kettle corn break!
And off we go for a mule-drawn wagon ride!
Along with the mules, there were cows, goats, pigs, rabbits, chickens, and turkeys on the farm, too. Natalie does not care much for the animals, though.
Her favorites were the duck races and the jumpy "pillow!"

3rd stop: Desert Botanical Gardens Pumpkin Festival
We only attended half of this event because the other half is only accessible by going on the hayride, , which Natalie was not interested in. So we did not get to pick a pumpkin nor go to the petting zoo. But that was okay, because there was plenty to keep us occupied, including carnival games with prizes, crafts, and pony rides!
After riding the pony for 5 seconds, Natalie tells me, "I'm done." She was nervous, but she stayed on the pony the whole time.
Later, we decided to visit the butterfly garden. Natalie (as well as all of the other girls I saw there) wanted a butterfly to land on her. One landed on my head, but I swatted it away without thinking (instinct). Oops!
